At Essentrea, we are committed to delivering high‑quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

All payments are processed securely through Razor pay. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back through the original payment method.


2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Leakage during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product received

To be eligible, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Provide order details

3. Refund Policy

Once your complaint is verified:

  • A replacement will be shipped OR
  • A refund will be initiated to the original payment method

Refund processing time:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will reflect in your bank/card account as per Razor pay and bank processing timelines (usually 5–10 working days)

Refunds will only be made to the original mode of payment.


4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Product opened or partially used (unless quality issue proven)
  • Delay due to courier service beyond our control

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
